 240 g natural or Greek yoghurt (1 cup)
 350 g self-raising flour
 grated cheese (enough to sprinkle on 2 small pizzas)
 pizza sauce/passata
 toppings of your choice (pepperoni, pineapple, peppers, chicken, etc.)

Mix the self-raising flour and yoghurt together (add more flour if necessary) until a dough consistency has been formed.

Split dough in 2.

Rol each one out on a floured surface.

Place o a bit of parchment paper in air fryer basket and cook at 200℃/400℉ for 8 to 10 minutes, turning over half way.

Take pizza out and add pizza sauce, grated cheese and any other toppings of your choice.

Return to air fryer basket and cook for a further 3 minutes.

Repeat with second pizza.
