Air fryer banana bread is easy to prepare and cook in just 30 minutes in the air fryer.
Mix together the butter and sugar until they are smoooth. Then slowly add the beaten eggs and mix until they are combined.
Add the flour, baking powder and ground cinnamom, followed by the mashed bananas.
Stir everything tohgetyher gently until combined.
Transfer the mixture to a greased baking tin and place it in the air fryer at 160℃. Set the timer for 30 minutes.
At the end of the cooking time, the banana bread should be browned on the outside and cooked all the way through. Insert a metal skewer to check it is not web or soggy on the inside.
If it needs to be cooked longer, check on it every 5 mnutes to ensure it does not burn.
If the outside is already browned, you might need to cover it with some foil.
