This course has been designed to allowing learners to gain a range of skills whilst constructing their own planter. It is specifically aimed at young learners aged 14 -19; these include learners that attend school and can therefore study alongside their school subjects. We can adapt the course for young people who are not in mainstream education or have struggled with school life. All tools and materials for the course will be provided but suitable clothing is advised.

The course will have an element of classroom learning but will mostly be outside carrying out practical’s following demonstrations from our skills trainer. There is physical element to the course and pupils will be expected to be hands on.
