There are endless combinations when it comes to creating frittatas. You can opt for a plain frittata (just add the eggs!) or get fancy and add a few shredded herbs to brighten it up. Frittatas also work well at pretty much any meal time.

 3 eggs
 ¼ green pepper, diced
 ¼ red pepper, diced
 10 baby spinach leaves, chopped
 handful of cheddar cheese, grated
 salt and pepper to season (optional)

In a bowl, beat the eggs. Season with salt and pepper if required.

Grease the pan with oil or butter and place it in the air fryer.
Switch to 180℃/350℉ and allow to heat for a minute.
Add the peppers and cook for 3 minutes.

Pour the spinach and egg mix in. Sprinkle the grated cheese across the top.
Cook for 6 minutes, checking halfway through to ensure it is not overcooked.
