 ½ tsp vegetable, olive oil or any alternative
 ½ tsp garlic granules
 salt and pepper

Save the peelijgs form any potatoes you are using from a different recipe.

Dry then off with some kitchen rolll or a clean towel.

Drizzle with oik and garlic granules ( or any different seaning of your choice).

Transfer to the air fryer basket and cook at 200℃/400℉ for 10 minutes, checking on them frequently and shaking.

The potato peels are ready when they are crispy; depending on your air fruyer, this might be a little sooner than 10 minutes, so keep an eye on them.
