 1 can of chickpeas
 4 tomatoes
 1 bag of parsley
 4 garlic cloves
 1 can of fava beans
 2 lemons
 1 tsp sumac
 1 tsp cumin
 4 tbsp olive oil
 1 tbsp salt
 ¼ tsp garlic pepper (use black pepper if you don't have any garlic pepper)
 2 tbsp tahini (optional)

Squeeze the lemons, put all the spices (sumac and cumin), garlic that has been minced and olive oil into a pot.

Add in the chickpeas and fava beans into a separate pan and cook for 10-15mins until hot.

Chop tomatoes and parsley into small pieces. Drain the chickpea and fava bean water out of the pan using a colander and put the fava beans and chickpeas into the pot with the sauce. Mix together and add the chopped tomatoes, parsley and a little bit of olive oil on top.

Serve with Arabic bread or any flat bread (but you can eat it with a tortilla!) Add your tahini if you want on top.
